At the top of our pyramid is our CLIENT, whose needs are Quality (of our Inspection & Tests), Timely Delivery of our Reports and Certifications, Value for their money, and Innovation that can help them on their projects. We do this by thinking not only about what our clients' needs are today, but what they may need five years from now.

Our vision is to grow into a leading International player in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification Sector (TIC Sector) by 2035. Our teams shall be sought after by our clients for their expertise and ability to think outside the box. We shall change the perception of the inspector from a “necessary” entity to a true business partner that assists in leveraging testing and inspection findings for the client’s long-term benefit. Our value system prioritizes clients, employees, the communities in which we live and work, and our shareholders.

Although we work across various Industrial sectors, our Niche is NonDestructive Testing.

To execute this vision, we use our 5P growth engine. We believe that the measure of a company’s true wealth is the quality of its PEOPLE. They develop outstanding PLANS, which forms the framework for our business. They then execute these PLANS using world class tools to construct sustainable PROCESSES. These PROCESSES are the wiring and electricity flowing through the company that propel the PEOPLE with PLANS forward. Our Culture

The culture at AEIS is unique in that it is a professional corporate setup, with a family atmosphere. Our visionary started the company as a training organization, and it continues to grow with that mindset. His long term goal is to coach and develop four leaders, who can in-turn develop four leaders each.
