PAUT OF TANKS - BERMUDA
Our advanced global NDT team performed Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) on 32 year old Fuel storage Tanks, as per API codes, in Bermuda. Due to the age of the tanks, some aspects of testing were challenging, but adequately addressed by our team.

ECA FOR CRACK DEPTH MEASUREMENT
Our advanced global NDT team performed Eddy Current Testing using standard and array probes to determine the depth of a crack in a complex structural column. The C-SCan images from the Eddy Current Array probes made it easier to find the crack locations. Cracks depth varied from surface to 23 mm.

PAUT OF PIPES per ASME
Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspections (PAUT) were performed on the gas pipelines on the Moynihan Station project in NYC by our advanced global NDT team. The pipe diameters ranged from 2” to 8” NPS. The team utilized Cobra and Chain scanner to acquire the data. The client noted that the testing was considerably faster than Radiographic Testing.
